There are few things that get me to jump out of bed quicker than knowing that my meal prep has an awesome breakfast!

When I have a great breakfast meal waiting in the fridge, I do not hesitate to drag myself up and get my day rolling!

This frittata does it for me! I’ve been eating it all week for breakfast and it’s been nothing short of amazing! I love how easy it is to make. And the texture is nothing short of amazing!
